Panarottis has been serving hearty pizzas and pastas since 1990, expanding from South Africa into Nigeria and beyond. Known for its family warmth and Italian flair, the brand needed a fresh identity to match its growth.
I reimagined the look with vibrant colors, playful typography, and brand assets inspired by Italian culture and ingredients. The result is a modern, inviting identity that keeps Panarottis’ heritage alive while sparking new excitement across Africa.

Panarottis had a strong heritage but a tired visual identity. The logo felt dated, the color palette was flat, and the overall brand no longer captured the energy of a modern, family-first dining experience. As the brand expanded into Nigeria and other African markets, this gap became more obvious - new audiences weren’t connecting with the dull, static look.
The challenge was to strike a balance: refresh the identity without losing its Italian roots. It meant finding a way to keep the warmth and familiarity loyal customers loved, while injecting vibrancy, playfulness, and a sense of authenticity that would resonate with new markets.
