The AR Initiative is an advisory firm helping businesses across Africa build sustainably through data-driven insights. I worked on this project as part of the DDUC Design team. I was responsible for translating the design into a fully responsive, modern Webflow website. My focus was on clean implementation, subtle animations, and building a structure that aligned with AR Initiative’s mission of sustainable, intelligent growth.

During AR Initiative’s rebrand, one of our biggest challenges was transforming an outdated, cluttered website into a modern, engaging platform. The old site offered little usable inspiration, so I worked closely with the DDUC Design team to strip away unnecessary complexity, rethink the site’s structure, and capture a fresh digital identity that aligned with their mission of sustainable growth in Africa.
On the development side, I had to balance smooth, meaningful animations with strong performance, design a flexible CMS for easy content updates, and ensure the site looked and worked flawlessly across all devices.
